Kyle oversees all aspects of acquisition and management of properties throughout the greater Washington, DC region. He analyzes investment strategies for the firm and is involved with every aspect of the portfolio from investor/creditor relations, tenant satisfaction, vendor management, leasing efforts, and accounting for each property. His prior experience includes construction accounting and finance as well, as auditing, compilations, corporate and partnership tax and regulatory work.
Born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Kyle attended the Georgetown Preparatory School and graduated from East Carolina University. Kyle now resides in Kensington, MD with his family. In his free time, he enjoys golf with friends and is an avid Capitals fan, eating good food at Jetties.
Steve supervises all elements of project control including CPM scheduling, document control, subcontractor coordination, issue resolution, change management, quality assurance, and safety/compliance reviews. Steve ensures project cost controls through project accounting, budget reporting, cash-flow analysis, and funding. Steve has been managing multi-million dollar commercial and federal construction projects since 1994. He is deeply involved in all projects from conception to closeout—including budgeting and estimating, scope analysis, value engineering, purchasing and negotiating contracts, market and business development, strategic planning.
Steve served in the United States Navy and then attended Southern Polytechnic in Atlanta, Georgia. He resides in Bethesda, MD and enjoys sailing and good wine.
Walter is the founder, owner, and operator of HSU Builders, an award winning construction company engaged in residential and commercial (government and private sector) contracting firm with projects throughout the greater Washington D.C. area including The White House, The Pentagon, The Smithsonian Institution, National Institutes of Health, Fort Meade, and The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. Under his leadership, HSU has received many awards including the Washington Contractors Award from 2004 to 2010, Washington Business Journal - Minority Business Leader Award 2009 and INC Magazine's top 500 fastest Growing Companies in America 2005, 2003, 2001, 2000.
Walter earned his MBA from American University and B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland. Walter served as a past President for the Associated General Contractors of Washington, DC.
