With a background that spans accounting, finance, auditing, lending, and regulatory work in the real estate sector, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise and results driven approach to the Bluepoint team.
A Bethesda, Maryland native, Kyle attended Georgetown Preparatory School and graduated from east Carolina University. Kyle sits on a couple of boards in the accounting and finance chair. He currently resides in Kensington, Maryland with his family.

He ensures stringent cost controls through project accounting, budget reporting, cash-flow analysis, and securing funding.
Since 1994, Steve has been managing multi-million dollar commercial and federal construction projects, bringing extensive expertise to every stage from conception to closeout. His involvement spans budgeting, estimating, scope analysis, value engineering, purchasing and contract negotiation, strategic planning, as well as market and business development.
Steve served in the United States Navy and then attended Southern Polytechnic in Atlanta, Georgia. He resides in Bethesda, MD and enjoys sailing and good wine.

HSU's impressive work includes high profile projects at The White House, The Pentagon, The Smithsonian Institution, National Institutes of Health, and The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.
Under Walter's leadership, HSU has garnered numerous accolades including the Washington Contractors Award from 2004 to 2010, Washington Business Journal's Minority Business Leader Award 2009 and INC Magazine's top 500 fastest Growing Companies in America 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2005.
Walter earned his MBA from American University and B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland. Walter had served as a past President for the Associated General Contractors of Washington, DC, and still remains on the board.
